Lavender RZ is a hybrid purple cauliflower excellent for fresh market and the processing.
Lavender RZ is an eye-catching purple cauliflower. The purple color is curiously vivid, extending from the top of the floret down to the stem. Its signature color comes from the same antioxidant found in red cabbage and red wine: anthocyanin.
The head is well-covered, a uniform wrap providing uniform coloring. The curd is dense, well presented and has a smooth, rounded appearance.
Lavender RZ reaches maturity at around 70-90 days, depending on region and season.
