Kelvin RZ is a slow bolting variety that produces attractive dark green leaves and slender shiny petioles and uniform apple green color throughout.
Kelvin RZ’s uniform color and petiole length make it suitable for stick processing. It is also excellent as whole heads or pre-packed hearts. It has an open plant habit and is strong against black heart.
