Syon RZ is a round red radish variety from Rijk Zwaan selected for the US market.
Syon RZ has dark red, thick outer layer and strong color retention. Syon’s leaf length is stable throughout different growing periods, especially in sowings with colder soils but the architecture of the leaves is quite erect which makes it suitable for machine harvest. The internal quality of this variety is strong, with white flesh, also in bigger diameters.
Syon RZ is suitable for cool growing regions.
